We are EcoEd S.p.A., established in Chile with address in Libertad 269, of. 904, Viña del Mar, represented by our trademark EcoEd (web page https://ecoed.cl).

2. What data we collect and why

EcoEd collects personal data when you browse our website, during the purchase and use of our products and services.

While you browse our site, we will monitor:

  • Products seen: this information is to, for example, show you the products that you’ve seen recently.
  • Location, IP address and type of browser: this is to estimate taxes and shipping costs.
  • Shipping address: we’ll ask this so that we can, for example, estimate the cost of shipping before you place an order and send you the order!
  • We also use cookies to track the contents of the cart while you browse our site.

  • Order information, such as what was purchased, when it was purchased, and where it should be shipped, and

Our team members have access to this information to help complete orders, process refunds and offer support.

4. What we share to third parties

We share information with other services, which help us with the orders and manage services for you, for example: payment methods, database management, etc.

Payment Methods

We accept payment through Transbank and PayPal. Depending on the method you use to process payments, some of your data will be given to Transbank or PayPal, including the information required to process or support the payment, such as the total and billing information.

Database Management

We use third-party applications to manage our contacts with you. Depending on the service that you use, your data will be given to this service providers including your name, email, phone number and messages exchanged with us.

5. Embedded content from other websites

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g., videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in exactly the same way as if the visitor had visited the other website.

6. Cookies
